Sipke Douna; “When I heard that Kees Jonker was looking for an operational director on behalf of Speer IT to help him position the company even better in the market and to be able to roll out the growth ambitions, I thought ‘that’s something for me’. I have known Speer IT since it was founded and have worked a lot with the company from my previous positions. I have seen it grow from a two-person company to the company it is today. I think I can contribute a lot with my operational experience as COO. Through a better distribution of commercial and operational tasks, it is possible to work with more force and attention to work out the vision of Speer IT. I am also looking forward to working with the young but experienced team and being part of this successful company.”

With the arrival of Sipke, the management team consists of: Kees Jonker, Peterpaul Brundel, Sipke Douna and Jelmer Baas.
